As physicians and medical students we know our system isn't what it should be. We want it to be better and we can make it better. The fight for health reform is taking place in communities across the country and in the halls of Congress.

You have a lot of power to influence the outcome of that struggle. Your most important asset is your voice - the truth you see and the ideals you know to be true.

Doctors need health reform. The nation needs health reform. Speak up to make it happen.
